Join our Spare Parts team and manage key customer accounts across North America. You will support customers throughout the quotation and order process, coordinate with internal teams, resolve issues, and contribute to delivering a high level of customer service in a dynamic, international environment.
Execute the quote-to-cash process for Sidel Spare Parts sales by preparing quotations, managing orders, and coordinating all spare parts flow-related activities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage customer requests for spare parts.
*Prepare and send quotations for spare parts and process quotation requests received through web services.
*Manage customer inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, lead times, and order processing.
*Proactively follow up on selected spare parts quotations to maximize sales opportunities and conversion.
*Enter customer spare parts orders in the ERP system and send order confirmations, as well as process orders received through web services.
*Proactively manage the order backlog and follow up on customer orders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
*Coordinate with the Finance department on customer payment terms and payment-related matters.
*Coordinate logistics according to country-specific requirements and customer needs.
*Process customer requests for spare parts returns, claims, and other order-related issues.
*Maintain accurate customer information in the ERP system and contribute to reporting activities.
*Promote Sidel Services Online (SSO) and assist customers with its use.
*Follow up on non-conformity issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams to provide timely resolutions to customers.
*Leverage the privileged customer interface position to identify opportunities and maximize spare parts sales potential.
*Participate in customer reviews and contribute to the definition and follow-up of commercial actions in collaboration with ASM, CCM, PA, and other relevant stakeholders.
-Good knowledge of trade, supply chain, industrial sales, and/or distribution, preferably within spare parts and logistics.
-Strong knowledge of order management and quote-to-cash processes.
-Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
-Logistics or Supply Chain certification is a plus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong customer-service mindset with good problem-solving skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
