Reporting to the Service Director, you will support customer relationships and business growth across your territory while helping deliver reliable and innovative service experiences. Your Mission
As a bridge-builder for long-term partnerships, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring responsiveness and trusted communication
- Develop service opportunities and support profitable growth across existing accounts
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and project teams to deliver high-quality service solutions
- Monitor account performance, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction indicators
- Lead account reviews, share performance insights, and recommend continuous improvements
- Contribute to service portfolio development by capturing customer and market feedback
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in customer development and service sales, ideally within capital goods industries
- Knowledge of Sidel equipment or similar technologies is highly valued
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Adaptability, willingness to travel more than 50% of the time, and fluency in Polish and English
