Service Account Manager

Your Mission

As a bridge-builder for long-term partnerships, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring responsiveness and trusted communication  
• Develop service opportunities and support profitable growth across existing accounts  
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and project teams to deliver high-quality service solutions  
• Monitor account performance, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction indicators  
• Lead account reviews, share performance insights, and recommend continuous improvements  
• Contribute to service portfolio development by capturing customer and market feedback  

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field  
• Strong experience in customer development and service sales, ideally within capital goods industries  
• Knowledge of Sidel equipment or similar technologies is highly valued  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders effectively  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset  
• Adaptability, willingness to travel more than 50% of the time, and fluency in Polish and English
