The Regional FSE Planning Manager – Americas is responsible for leading and optimizing Field Service Engineering (FSE) planning activities across North America (NAM), Middle America (MAM), and South America (SAM). This role ensures efficient allocation of internal and external technical resources, supports high-quality service delivery, and drives operational excellence through standardized processes, data-driven decision-making, and effective cross-functional coordination.

Lead and professionalize Field Service Engineers (FSE) planning activities across the Americas (NAM, MAM, SAM), ensuring optimal resource allocation, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction through structured, data-driven decision-making.

Your Profile

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • Significant experience in Field Service, Operations, or Planning functions
  • Experience managing cross-regional operations and resource allocation
  • Proven leadership experience with team management and development
