Your Mission

As Aseptic Field Coordinator, you report to the Director of Technical Support for Sensitive Products and are the technical leader onsite for aseptic equipment. You coordinate and support all field operations from installation to validation: 

  • Lead site activities (projects and services) related to aseptic equipment: installation, commissioning, validation, and final acceptance (CAV), in alignment with project planning and budget. 
  • Manage technical teams onsite, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency during field execution. 
  • Act as Installation Site Manager when the equipment is standalone, taking full ownership of installation activities. 
  • Coordinate service interventions such as preventive maintenance and diagnostic visits. 
  • Support customer satisfaction goals, by ensuring responsiveness, quality execution, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, working closely with central technical teams and product experts when needed. 


Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, or automation, with at least two years of field experience in roles such as field service technician, site supervisor, or technical coordinator.  
  • You have strong expertise in automated machinery and commissioning processes, along with a solid understanding of complex industrial environments.  
  • You possess good technical English skills, both written and spoken.  
  • Autonomous and rigorous, you are capable of making decisions on-site. Your interpersonal skills, leadership on site, and willingness to travel internationally are key assets for success in this role.
