Responsible for FSE occupation at the assigned territory
Ensure technicians start the mission with all needed materials and documents for the work assigned
Ensure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources for new equipment and services
Ensure the planning of Project Support/Global resources for complex deals and critical operations
When necessary align or reroute appropriate technicians to accommodate customer emergencies
Identify missing skills globally to sustain operations according to the business plan
Responsible for workload forecast for new equipment and service in conjunction with Sales and Service
Ensure feedback to his Manager for process & quality improvement opportunities, risks on availability, critical cases
Consolidate and provide the resources/skill needs to FSE managers, give feedback about FSEs performance and competence development
If applicable, ensure the central 3PE planning, highlight gaps, drive corrective plans
Own and drive the update of the on planning Sidel tools, such as FSM.
