Your Mission
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at
customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications
- Properly handle, check and transfer equipment
non-conformities
- Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference
to carried-out activities
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer
satisfaction
- Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules
- Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site
- Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behaviour, technical
activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables
- Report to the ISM for team site activities
for Global product support FSEs Level 2 & 3 - Support Global Product Training in the creation, update and
revision of technical questionnaires related to FSE
- Qualification Program
- Act as "Assessor" of the FSE/s subject
to qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly
at the customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report
on time/in full.
Your Profile
- 3 years experience in field activities
- Experience in the beverage
industry
- Consolidated technical background such as Mechanical,
Automation, Electrical or Process
- Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
- Aseptic knowledge is a plus
- Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment)
