Robotic product handling

For product handling, the robotic machines perform pre-collation, batch forming, product flow management and product assortment. Thanks to their lightweight tooling, they provide a 30% weight reduction on average compared with traditional gripping heads, due to the smart association of composite materials (carbon, aluminium in a honeycomb structure) and the use of agglomerated polymers by 3D printing.

Case packing robots and loading arms

In case packing, a complete range of loading arms is available. These highly versatile solutions are perfectly adapted to bags, stand-up pouches (Doypacks®), flowpacks and similar products, which can be handled upright or lying flat. The loading arms perform precise movements to protect products whatever their contents (liquid, solid, pasty, viscous) and features (cap, straw, etc.), while their modular design allows them to be scaled according to the required speed and the product contents and weight.
