The Sidel Aqua is a single-end industrial bottle washer designed for low and medium-speed production lines handling beer, soft drinks, juices, water and other beverages. Its smooth infeed and discharge systems ensure gentle, controlled bottle handling throughout the cleaning process, preserving container integrity while achieving thorough decontamination.
An industrial bottle washer cleans and sterilises returnable bottles before refilling, removing residual product, labels and microbiological contamination. The Aqua bottle washer is designed around four dedicated rinsing zones that ensure complete removal of contaminants and detergent residues. Its infeed section provides high spraying-zone visibility for easy inspection and maintenance. Operators can configure the machine with either a single or double prewash stage depending on line contamination levels and hygiene requirements.
The Aqua's hygienic design minimises product retention zones and facilitates thorough cleaning of all machine surfaces in contact with bottles or washing media. Accessible internal components and clear visibility in the spraying zone support fast and effective daily cleaning.
The Sidel Aqua integrates seamlessly into returnable beverage lines alongside depalletisers, fillers, labellers and palletising systems.
