With Evo-ON, we can detect potential problems much earlier, sometimes even before they occur. And we can reduce all compressible times in order to limit troubleshooting to incompressible times, such as anticipating the dispatch of a technician or a part to the site.

In this case, it would have been a shame to have a technician on site without having detected the problem and ordered the replacement part in advance. That would have wasted valuable time.
