What really caught our eye was when the filling machine began to malfunction: right after a maintenance operation on the filling valves. So we investigated and we found that the maintenance had slightly altered the system’s parameters, leading to pressure fluctuations and can bursts that were cascading through the line.

Once we shared our findings with the Field Service Engineer on-site, he was able to take immediate action. Adjustments were made, and almost instantly, the burst incidents dropped. The line stabilized, and production losses decreased dramatically.
