You will lead the transformation and governance of warehousing and packing globally, ensuring world-class standards, operational excellence, and sustainability across our network.

Your Mission

As Global Warehousing & Packing Manager, you will:

  •  Define and implement the global warehousing strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee and maintain Sidel’s global packing specifications, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Standardize warehouse and packing processes, KPIs, and safety protocols across all sites and external partners.
  • Optimize packaging (materials, design, performance) to reduce costs, minimize damage, and support sustainability goals.
  • Lead automation, digitalization, and smart operations initiatives in warehouses and among packaging suppliers.
  • Increase visibility on costs, inventory, and service levels.
  • Lead the warehouse & packing network in coordination with local warehouse managers in production centers around the globe.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Transportation to drive end-to-end efficiency.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

  • Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Industrial Management, or comparable field.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), proficiency in data analytics tools, experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • French and Italian are a plus.

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience: 8–12+ years in supply chain, warehousing, or packaging leadership roles in a global/multisite environment.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, packaging design/technology, vendor management.
  • Track record of driving standardization, cost reductions, automation/digital initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to work with metrics, dashboards, and performance data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Change management experience and the ability to lead in ambiguity.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Leadership qualities: visionary, decisive, structured, communicative.
