Industrial Engineering Specialist

Your opportunity

Develop and provide relevant tools, recommendation, and information in order to supply, manufacture, test and install the product at the right safety, quality, cost and LT levels. Support production to ensure achievement of customer project targets and implementation of preventive actions. Optimize assets utilization in all plants, scout and select new manufacturing technologies to secure internal manufacturing efficiency. Drive processes alignment and support transversal program on modular test & virtual commissioning and make or buy.

Your Mission

• Co-ordinate with actions of PMS, Sourcing, procurement, kitting, production, testing and logistic departments of 
  requirements toward the achievement of the delivery of the machine within the customer requirements.
• Routing and procedure updated in SAP aligned with actual progress on the shop floor.
• Responsible for technical issues in production
• Participate in the design review with Designing and sourcing team
• Follows and updates assembly methods of all machines, update SOP in time.
• Responsible for check BOM configuration, Inform interface people to correct BOM error. 
• Contribute in Non-conformity issues ,QM application and follow up closely.
• Analysis Engineering change(ECO),  prepare all documents for both production and subcontractors. 
• Organize the teamwork and job distribution
• Design the jigs and tools
• To perform other duties assigned by the management or manager effectively and efficiently

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Degree or above in Engineering (Electric/Mechatronic/Automation Engineering preferred)
• Office (Excel, PowerPoint, ect)
• SAP
• Solidworks/ Autocad /E-plan
• Language requirements:
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Italian/French is a plus

• 8+ years of experience in suppy chain, production or industrialization
• Mechanical or Electrical skills / knowledge
• Knowledge of Lean tools and methodology
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.
• Communication skills: be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.
• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
• Strong sense of self-motivation and determined.
