Your opportunity

As 3PE Sourcing Project Manager – FHPC & Aftersales, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the Sourcing strategy for Third Party Equipment (3PE) across FHPC (Food, Home & Per-sonal Care) Complete Lines and Stand Alone equipment and the global Aftersales business. You will act as a strategic business partner to Customer Management, FHPC Portfolio and Services, ensuring that Sourcing excellence, commercial performance, compliance, and governance are em-bedded throughout project activities. This is a senior role requiring strong cross functional influence, negotiation excellence, and the abil-ity to drive Sourcing value in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Mission

    Act as the main Sourcing business partner to Customer Management, FHPC Portfolio and Services, ensuring strategic 3PE Sourcing support for FHPC and Aftersales projects.

    Lead structured engagement with regional teams during quotation and bidding phases, ensuring consistent processes and alignment with QTCE and global stakeholders.

    Drive the implementation of category sourcing strategies, ensuring FHPC and Aftersales needs are captured and aligned with global and regional objectives.

    Coordinate the full Sourcing lifecycle for 3PE, overseeing project launches, key milestones, and collaboration with Sourcing Category and technical teams to ensure on‑time execution.

    Manage supplier escalations and performance, including quality, OTIF, and commercial issues, working closely with Sourcing Category and Supplier Quality & Performance teams.


Your Profile

 

Level of education and languages

 

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

    Fluency in English & French mandatory.

    Italian, Chinese, or other regional languages are a plus.

 

 

Required experience and skills

 

    At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing (incl. Global Purchases roles) or Project Management in an international setting.

    Proven experience managing Sourcing for project-based activities, particularly in industries like packaging, beverages, or manufacturing.

    Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders across different sub-regions and functions.

    Very strong commercial negotiation skills with international companies

    Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling escalations related to supplier performance, quality, and project timelines.
