This site is equipped with the latest technologies and offers a stimulating working environment. Currently, we're looking for Senior Spot Buyer, in order to support Global Sourcing and Procurement operative functions.

Your Mission

The Spot Buyer is responsible for executing non‑contracted purchase requests, managing sourcing activities, negotiating basic terms and conditions, and ensuring strict compliance with procurement policies. This role plays a key part in driving cost savings and improving operational efficiency across the procurement process.

In this position, the Spot Buyer leads the end‑to‑end spot buy process by validating purchase requisitions, identifying suitable suppliers, collecting competitive quotations, and ensuring that all documentation and validations meet procurement standards. The role also oversees supplier selection in alignment with sourcing rules, negotiates pricing and essential terms, and ensures timely conversion of requisitions into purchase orders. Additionally, the Spot Buyer supports stakeholders by resolving operational purchasing discrepancies, following up on critical goods receipts or service confirmations, and contributing to efficiency initiatives such as bundling opportunities and procurement automation for more senior profiles.

Your Profile

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Language Requirements
English
Fluency in local stakeholders & suppliers' language (French, Italian or Chinese) is strongly recommended

Professional Qualifications and Experience 
2–3 years of experience in operational procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
Familiarity with SAP Ariba, or equivalent e-procurement systems
Good understanding of procurement processes and tools
Experience handling multiple suppliers and tight deadlines (for senior positions)
Strong negotiation and communication skills (for senior positions)
