Currently, we're looking for a Content Manager Specialist, in order to support Global Sourcing and Procurement operative functions.

Your Mission

The Content Manager Specialist is responsible for ensuring standardized, accurate, and optimized procurement content that supports effective buying experiences and compliance across digital procurement platforms.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and user-friendly content aligned with system requirements and procurement strategies. As such, the position will manage and enrich procurement-related data within ERP and procurement systems, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining supplier records, configuring catalogs, and supporting guided buying content to enable seamless purchasing processes.

This role ensures that supplier master data, material groups, catalogs, and related procurement information are accurate, standardized, and aligned with finance and procurement requirements. Additionally, the Content Manager Specialist acts as a focal point for procurement data governance, collaborating with category managers and buyers to validate content and monitor catalog performance.

The position also ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR), provides training and guidance to internal users on data-related processes, and contributes to continuous improvement of procurement data management practices.

Your Profile

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

Language Requirements
English (Mandatory)
Fluency in French and Italian is strongly recommended

Professional Qualifications and Experience 
2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, data management, or ERP content roles
Solid understanding of SAP Ariba, or other e-procurement platforms
Experience in catalogue management, taxonomy, and classification systems
Strong analytical and Excel/database skills
