Main Mission:
The Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes comply with quality requirements, while leading optimization projects aimed at improving industrial performance, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
Main Responsibilities:
Deploy and manage the quality management system (ISO 9001, customer requirements, etc.) on site.
Analyze non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) to optimize production processes.
Train and raise awareness among teams about quality best practices and the continuous improvement approach.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customers, certifications).
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions.
Participate in the development of new products/processes by ensuring the integration of quality requirements.
Act as the interface between production, Services, suppliers, and customers on quality-related topics.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.) and Lean methodologies.
Analytical skills, rigor, and ability to synthesize.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead working groups.
Good interpersonal and teaching skills.
Technical English preferred / very good english spoken and read level
Education:
Engineering degree (general, quality, production, or equivalent).
Experience of World Class Manufacturing Continuous Imprivement Methodology is a plus
Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
