Your Mission

  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into Sales, Pricing, Inventory, and Supply Chain performance.
  • Produce and maintain analytical reports tracking key Supply Chain metrics (forecast accuracy, stock levels, service rates, lead times, logistics KPIs).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and functions.
  • Deliver insights to support inventory optimization, demand/supply balancing, and scenario planning for spare parts.
  • Lead BI and analytics initiatives, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions for the Spare Parts business.
  • Promote self-service BI and support teams in independently accessing and interpreting data.
  • Collaborate with IT to automate workflows and implement AI-enabled analytics.
  • Support the rollout of digital tools improving Supply Chain planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare training materials and documentation to enhance data literacy across the organization.
  • Work closely with global Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, and IT teams to align KPIs, tools, and reporting standards.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Enginerring, Systems, Logistics or a field related to Business Analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analysis
  • Strong ETL & data integration skills (experience with SQL, APIs, and data pipelines is a plus).
  • Experience working with ERP (SAP), CRM, or other business systems.
  • Hands-on problem solver, with a strong focus on automation & efficiency.
  • Collaborative & proactive, comfortable working in a global team across different time zones.
  • Passionate about data, digital transformation, and continuous learning.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving digital space.
