Your Mission
Job Summary:
As a Global
Business Process Management Driver, you will be responsible for enhancing
business process effectiveness across multiple functions. You will support the
governance, documentation, and ongoing improvement of end-to-end processes,
ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and strategic business goals.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Risk
& Controls: Identify process risks and implement effective control mechanisms to
ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Performance
Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the
effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, supporting data-driven
decision-making.
- Process
Analysis (Process Mining): Apply process mining techniques and tools to map, analyze, and
identify areas for improvement in business workflows.
- Process
Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand
and correctly implement established processes, fostering process ownership
and adherence.
- Process
Updates: Oversee regular process reviews and updates to reflect evolving business
needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational changes.
- Legal
& Mandatory Compliance: Ensure that all business processes are designed and maintained in
alignment with applicable legal requirements and industry standards.
- Process
Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in business processes to drive
operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the
organization.
- Continuous
Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading structured
initiatives aimed at enhancing process performance and business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand
operational challenges and co-develop process solutions aligned with
strategic goals.
- Change
Management: Lead change initiatives related to process transformations, including
stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Documentation
& Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes,
controls, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior
leadership.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process management or a similar role, preferably in a global context.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is not mandatory but desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in english.
