INSTALLATION SITE MANAGER

Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for an Installation Site Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of on-site activities at customers’ sites. The position is based in Turkey and the main area of intervention will be within the country, with occasional assignments across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to join an international team responsible for ensuring the successful installation and start-up of Sidel’s machines.

Your Mission

• Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring effective coordination, strong performance, and team engagement to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, meeting stakeholder requirements while adhering to Sidel’s internal processes and standards.
• Proactively drive the preparation of on-site activities for assigned New Equipment Projects, including defining resource needs (skills, tools, and equipment) and ensuring compliance with Hygiene, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards.
• Deliver projects within the agreed cost and schedule baselines, monitoring risks and ensuring alignment with the overall execution plan.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing on-site activities, preferably within complex industrial or technical projects.
• Previous experience in the beverage industry or similar process-driven environments.
• Solid technical background, ideally in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Availability to travel up to 80%.
