Are you passionate about leading on-site industrial projects where safety, quality, cost, and delivery excellence are critical to success? We are looking for an Installation Site Manager (M/W), based in Reichstett (France) or Parma (Italie) and reporting to the Lead Installation Site Manager, to take full ownership of project execution at customer sites. In this role, you will coordinate installation and commissioning activities, lead multidisciplinary field teams, and ensure flawless delivery aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.

Your Mission

As Installation Site Manager, you are accountable for the successful on-site delivery of projects in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations as well as corporate governance requirements.
  • Guaranteeing that all on-site activities meet defined technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Planning and controlling execution within the approved project budget and timeline.
  • Acting as the primary interface with customers throughout installation and commissioning phases.
  • Leading daily and weekly operational reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing Field Service Engineers and subcontractors while optimizing resources and logistics.
  • Supervising commissioning and qualification activities and securing formal acceptance of deliverables.
  • Identifying project risks, implementing mitigation actions, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Your Profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification and have solid experience managing on-site industrial projects, ideally in the beverage or process industry. Your technical background enables you to understand mechanical, electrical, automation, and process-related challenges, while your leadership skills allow you to coordinate teams effectively and build strong, trust-based customer relationships.

You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results under pressure. You communicate confidently in both French and English, are comfortable using MS Office tools, and are willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
