Your opportunity
We are looking for a Project Manager Execution, based in São Paulo - Brazil, part of SAM EPM Organization, reporting to the Lead Project Manager Execution.
Located São Paulo - SP, our site employs nearly 100 people and has developed around different areas such as project management, sales, after sales, procurement, logistics, product support, line design and service.
As our Project Manager Execution, You will be responsible for driving day to day new equipment project management operations from order intake to project closing, including on-site activities management. You will be the main contact with the client for all technical and organizational points directly linked to the project, to ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Your Mission
Accountable for S-Q-C-D projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects:
- (S) H&SE - Required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the start of site activities
- (Q) Quality - Project scope and specifications are clearly defined; deliverables are being met to defined specifications
- (C) Cost - Project deliverables are being completed within the project baselined cost
- (D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines
- Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes
- Create a collaborative project team environment

Group of functional activities critical for the effective delivery of the project:
- Understand customer needs and contract specifications
- Manage and control project cost
- Contract management: equipment supply phase including third party equipment, shipment and installation and commissioning
- Application of Legal and Trade Finance aspects, regulations and guidelines, critical for the execution of the Contract
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the execution of the project
- Ensure contractual deliverables are accepted by the Customer by signing off relevant certificates
- Regular and timely reporting to all the Stakeholders, internal and external
- Accountable to drive risk management and response plan
- Ensure the right people, skills and tools are available at the right time
- Feed and update project management information system
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- PMI certification is a plus
Required experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in the beverage industry and Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
- Knowledge of project financials, installation and commissioning scope and challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project, ERP/ SAP
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of self-performance with responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments and tasks
- Available to travel up to 50% of the time
