Lead Project Manager Execution Services (M/W/D)

The Lead Project Manager Execution Services (LPMES) is responsible to plan, organize, staff, and monitor the execution of all Services Project activities on his/her assigned region. With his/her technical skills and expertise, the LPMES has the important role of managing, coaching and controlling the services project managers in executing Services projects. The LPMES is accountable externally for customer’s satisfaction and internally for the compliance with the QTCS process.
As a Lead Project Manager Execution Service, your missions will be:
- Drive direct reports and operates according to the QTC-S process ;
- Establish steps and timetables for achieving results ;
- Establish a structure for accomplishing plan requirements and staffs/makes recommendation accordingly ;
- Help define necessary means and needs in terms of training in order to respond to Group targets ;
- Monitor results vs plan by measuring performance on a periodic basis ;
- Identify deviations, and then plan and organize to solve problems ;
- Keep control over day-to-day activities (1st contact to SAM/SAD, customer presentation, workload, escalation) ;
- Respond to KPI feedback/monitoring (TTD, margin deviation, customer satisfaction …) ;
- Carry the expertise to manage complex projects such as large Packaging, Molds, LI and/or LC projects.
5+ years experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipement and Services Portfolio.
Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly.
Knowledge of staff management.
Knowledge of risk management.
Knowledge of finance for non-financial managers.
Knowledge of SAP.
English is a must.
