Your opportunity
We are looking for a Process, Governance & Tools Expert (QtC-E), based in Italy, France, Portugal or India and reporting to QtC-E Manager. The candidate is expected to have strong knowledge of processes and tools used in QtC-E.
Your Mission
As Process, Governance & Tools Expert (QtC-E), you'll cover the following tasks:
1. QtC-E Process & Governance Management
- Develop
and maintain governance frameworks for consistent QtC-E execution across
all regions.
- Define
and coordinate M-Cycle governance routines (cadence, agenda,
participants).
- Ensure
QtC-E steps are understood, applied, and continuously improved.
- Monitor
process compliance and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Enable
effective cross-functional collaboration (Sales, PM, Finance, Supply
Chain, Digital).
2. Business Tools & Systems Management
- Manage
the QtC-E tool landscape (ERP, PM tools, quoting tools, dashboards,
repositories, workflows).
- Monitor
tool performance and drive improvements aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate
updates, integrations, and enhancements with Digital/IT teams.
- Maintain
guidelines, training materials, and user documentation.
3. Operational User Support
- Provide
timely support to users experiencing issues with QtC-E tools or
processes.
- Identify
root causes and coordinate solutions with Digital/IT teams.
- Act
as the interface between business users and technical teams to translate
needs into system requirements.
- Ensure
quick issue resolution to minimize business disruption.
4. Access, Rights & Compliance
- Administer
user access and permissions in line with security and
segregation-of-duties principles.
- Conduct
periodic audits of roles and access rights.
- Ensure
tool usage complies with QtC-E standards and governance.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor
and distribute QtC-E KPIs (cycle time, backlog, project performance,
profitability).
- Ensure
data quality across reporting systems.
- Provide
insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
6. Continuous Improvement & Change Enablement
- Identify
opportunities to enhance process efficiency, governance, and tool
usability.
- Support
standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives.
- Lead
training, onboarding, and communication for new processes or tool
updates.
- Promote
best practices and a continuous improvement culture.
7. Stakeholder & Key-User Network Management
- Build
and maintain a strong key-user network across functions and regions.
- Collect
feedback, address operational challenges, and prioritize improvements.
- Ensure
alignment between local needs and global QtC-E standards.
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
- PMI certification is a plus
Required experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience. Experience in a management role is a must
- Experience in the beverage industry and knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
- Knowledge of project financials, installation and commissioning scope and challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project, ERP/ SAP
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of self-performance with responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments and tasks
- Available to travel up to 30% of the time
