Your opportunity

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager Maintenance, based in Sidel Inc, to join our NAM Services Organization, reporting to the Service Project Manager Director. Located in/near Norcross, our site employs approximately 300 + people and operates across multiple areas, including Project Management, Sales, After-Sales, Digital Solutions, Engineering, Integration Services, Line Design, and Automation. As Lead Project Manager Maintenance, you will oversee the day-to-day Maintenance Contract Operations from order intake to contract closure including management of on-site activities. You will lead and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will play a key role in resource allocation, competence development, governance coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting the organization in achieving both short- and long-term objectives.

Your Mission

  • Lead, manage, and coach the Maintenance Project Management team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous competence development.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across contracts and regions to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Oversee and support contract execution, removing obstacles, resolving conflicts, and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of customer commitments.
  • Monitor and measure team performance, taking accountability for achieving agreed KPIs and results.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Project Managers, Sales, and Service departments to optimize contract execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and participate in internal governance meetings, providing visibility on contract portfolio performance and improvement actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Service organization to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer value.
  • Ensure compliance with Sidel’s governance, processes, safety, and corporate values across all activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and Sidel leadership behaviors.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in project management within industrial maintenance or packaging sectors.
  • Experience with installation, commissioning, and overhaul activities. 
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents such as operating and maintenance, instructions, assembly drawing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of staff management. 
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (French or Spanish would be assets).
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required.
