We are looking for an Installation Site Manager(W/M/D), based in Reichstett, reporting to the Lead Installation Site Manager. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate installation and commissioning activities, and work closely with customers and project managers to deliver exceptional results. •Take full accountability for on-site project delivery following S-Q-C-D principles:
oSafety (S): Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental standards and safety coordination plans.
oQuality (Q): Guarantee that all project scopes and on-site activities meet required specifications and standards.
oCost (C): Plan and execute all site activities within the approved project budget.
oDelivery (D): Drive project completion on time, every time.
•Ensure all regulatory and corporate requirements are met, upholding company values and governance.
•Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment on site.
•Act as the main contact point for customers during all on-site phases.
•Lead daily and weekly project reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Manage teams of Field Service Engineers and subcontractors, ensuring resources and logistics are optimized.
•Monitor and control project execution, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and contractual commitments.
•Supervise commissioning and qualification activities, ensuring all deliverables are validated and signed off.
•Identify and assess risks, provide proactive solutions, and maintain updated project documentation and information systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
•5+ years of experience managing on-site industrial projects, ideally in the beverage industry.
•Strong technical knowledge (mechanical, automation, electrical, process).
•Familiarity with SIDEL portfolio and aseptic technology is a plus.
•Confident user of MS Office tools.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and build trust with customers.
•Organized, proactive, and adaptable, you know how to navigate complexity and drive results.
•Problem-solver with a hands-on mindset.
•Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time — this role is made for those who love being in the field!
