Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for a Lead Project Manager Services who will lead and manage a team of Project Manager Services to quote, manage and execute Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement
Your Mission
- Drives direct reports
and operates according to the QTC-S process and be Accountable for S-Q-D-C Projects
deliverables for the assigned sub-region Services Projects:
(S) H&SE - the required
Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. H&SE plan and
mitigation in place prior executing field activities at the Customers’ site
(Q) Quality - Projects
deliverables are being met to defined specifications at the first time. Project
scope and specifications are clearly defined. Final deliverables are
understood, agreed and accepted by Stakeholder.
(C) Cost - Project deliverables
are being completed within the project baselined cost, including on-site
activities
(D) Delivery - deliverables are
being completed within the project schedule timelines - Planning: Establishes
steps and timetables for achieving results required by the company
- Support the Team in
managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits.
- Organizing &
Staffing: Establishes a structure for accomplishing plan requirements &
staffs/makes recommendation accordingly
- Training: Helps define
necessary means and needs in terms of training in order to respond to Group
targets
- Objective setting:
Contributes in objectives setup of subordinates following Group's overall
goals; Sets personal development;
- Controlling: Monitors
results vs plan by measuring performance on a periodic basis
- Problem solving:
Identify deviations, and then plan and organize to solve problems
- Responds to KPI feedback/monitoring
(TTQ, Hit ratio, TTD …)
- Write local process if
required when there are gaps in the organization to have the whole team working
in the same way
- Keeps control over
day-to-day activities (1st contact to SAM/SD, customer presentation, RFQ assignment,
workload, escalation, leads conflict resolution...)
- Ensure that rebilling
for PM hours is done accurately in order to reach absorption targets
- Carries the expertise to
manage complex projects such as large Packaging, Molds, LI and/or LC projects,
Line Relocation
- Carries the
responsibility and accountability of a Project Manager when managing
large/complex projects
Your Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Language: English.
- 5+ years’ experience in project management with strong technical
expertise
- Experienced in Sidel Services Portfolio
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as
operating and maintenance instructions, assembly dwg.
- Knowledge of staff management
- Knowledge of risk management
- Knowledge of finance for non-financial managers
- Knowledge of MS Office, Project, CRM and SAP
