Join a dynamic and international environment as the Line Solutions Projects Execution Director within our Services Portfolio & Solutions function. This is a unique chance to lead and drive impactful projects that improve and convert production lines worldwide, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. As the Director of Line Solutions Project Execution, you will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of line improvement and conversion projects across global operations. You will oversee a diverse, multicultural team of project managers and work cross-functionally to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Your Mission

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects, aligned with key KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and TTD (Time-To-Delivery).
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Regional Services, and Sourcing teams to define strategies, drive continuous improvement, and optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Implement and oversee cost control measures and lead cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with procurement teams.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement project management tools and IT solutions to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Represent the project management function in executive governance meetings, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, managerial courage, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of proven experience leading multicultural, cross-functional project teams in complex industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong engineering background with formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Experience collaborating with sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams on supplier selection, qualification, and cost optimization.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French and/or Italian is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking project KPIs and implementing corrective actions based on performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities and challenges.
