As a key leader in our Global Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer projects across multiple factories.
Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee comprehensive project planning and establish clear milestones to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and update the physical progress of projects, ensuring alignment with initial cost projections and timelines. Your insights will be crucial in identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all equipment is delivered on time, in full, and meets the highest quality standards compared to agreed timeline of the project.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the Order Fulfillment Team within the Production Center, fostering collaboration across factorie to ensure a seamless execution of customer projects rather than focusing solely on individual equipment pieces.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance project performance metrics, including cost management against the frozen budget, progress tracking against milestones, and achieving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery at both project and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) stages.
