Program Manager

Your opportunity

The program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and sales.

Your Mission

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

Stakeholder Management

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation
• Conduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma)

Budget and Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
• Develop regular outlook in compliance with company policy
• Secure the respect of the development full-life cost

Quality Control and Assurance

• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholders
• Secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient project management            

Your Profile

Required experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for details.
• Competencies in product development
• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Availability to travel and to manage projects on several sites and for different platforms
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (knowledge of Sciforma

IT Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, ect)
• SAP
• Sciforma
• PowerBI is a plus

Language requirements:  

• Fluent English, ritten and spoken.
• French is a plus
