Your Mission
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Business Transformation PMO
is responsible for overseeing the project portfolio, orchestrating to
ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required
quality standards. This role involves overseeing project management methodologies,
processes, and tools, providing guidance and support to project managers, and
ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
YOUR MISSION
- Develop and maintain project
management methodologies,
standards, and tools;
- oversee project
portfolio management
process to select, prioritize, and manage projects;
- track project progress and
performance to ensure
alignment with objectives;
- ensure
preparation for key meetings; proactively identify and address potential needs, issues, and
risks before they escalate;
- interact with
project stakeholders and ensure
effective communication between
stakeholders and project teams;
- oversee
project risk management
and develop strategies to mitigate risks;
- ensure maintenance of all project documentation and records
for auditing purposes;
- provide
project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members;
- conduct
project reviews to assess
outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future
projects.
Your Profile
- The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or international business projects, demonstrating a solid foundation in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is essential, while a Master’s degree or a relevant certification (PMP / PMI-PMOCP) will be viewed favourably.
- The successful applicant will exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required, along with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate complex challenges effectively.
