Your opportunity

Filling Product Support Expert is part of Q&TS. The job is mostly taking place in the backoffice. Main function is to secure the operational follow up & technical support of all filling products (combi and stand-alone technology), associated trade equipments (capper...) and 3rd party line equipments mostly on mechanical side. The expert is in charge of internal and external validation

Your Mission

  • Execute troubleshooting on filling equipments, associated trade equipments and line equipments;
  • Support Global Product Training in the creation, update and revision of technical questionnaires related to FSE Qualification Program;
  • Execute validation program for the introduction of modifications, variants, O&U, new products, concerning filling equipment;
  • Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities;
  • Secure performances of commercially released filling equipments and lines;
  • Secure the application of retrofits on the filling product installed base, where necessary;
  • Be part of hotline team for weekend duties, in case of availability for the service;
  • Execute RCA on filling equipments issues, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions;
  • Increase personal competences on the complete combi, trade and line equipments technology;
  • Act as "Assessor" of the FSE/s subject to qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly at the customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report on time/in full;
  • Participate to L3 and L4 equipment FAT, and eventually start up and commissioning;
  • Support FSE during start up and commissioning of L3 and L4 machines;
  • Manage the treatment and the resolution of technical NC and PER through CEP.

 

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years in the beverage industry with filed experience;
  • Deep knowledge of Sidel products;
  • Excellent knowledge of TIA Portal , B&R Automation studio , Motion, MixerProcess;
  • Ability to manage stressful situations;
  • Organized, with the ability to conceptualize ideas into professional reports;
  • Problem-solving attitude (troubleshooting and RCA) and customer-oriented;
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.);
  • Language requirements: Fluency in English is a must-have, a good level of French an advantage for your best local integration.
