Your Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director, you
will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers
while acquiring new accounts.
- Achieving sales and margin targets within your
assigned territory.
- Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable
solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term
relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners, integrators,
suppliers).
- Analyzing market potential and developing
appropriate commercial action plans.
- Leading commercial negotiations in line with
company policies.
- Ensuring rigorous follow-up of the sales pipeline
and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in selling
solutions, products, or services in a B2B / industrial / technological
environment.
- Strong results orientation and proven ability to
build trusted customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish is a must, any other
Central European Language is a clear plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately
50% of the time).
