Education and Languages
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration
Technical background is a strong advantage
English: very good level required
Knowledge of other languages is an asset
Experience and Required Skills
Solid understanding of the spare parts business environment (aftermarket, lifecycle, pricing, and sales)
Proven track record in sales, pricing, or marketing (preferably in B2B industrial context)
Strong knowledge and ease in using IT tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, SAP, Syncron Price (or similar pricing/revenue management tools)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and influencing skills across different stakeholders
Results-driven with strong goal-setting discipline
Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
Ability to manage conflict constructively
Strong customer orientation
Leadership skills and ability to align and engage cross-functional teams
