Your Role
As a Spare Parts Pricing Expert, you will support the development and execution of our pricing strategy across a diverse and international portfolio. Working closely with the Revenue & Pricing Manager, you’ll analyze data, model pricing scenarios, and ensure our offers are competitive, profitable, and aligned with market needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the global spare parts price list and discount schemes.
  • Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, and market benchmarks.
  • Contribute to new product pricing, phase-outs, and lifecycle transitions.
  • Support the sales teams with pricing simulations and commercial deal reviews.
  • Ensure proper price configuration in our pricing systems and support pricing automation.
  • Build and present reports on price realization, discount compliance, and revenue optimization.
  • Collaborate across functions including Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Your Profile

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in spare parts pricing, revenue management, business analysis, commercial finance, preferably in the automotive aftersales
  • Solid understanding of cost structures, margin drivers, and B2B pricing logic
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred); ERP knowledge (SAP ideal) and Pricing tools (Syncron preferred)
  • Structured thinker, with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Team player with the ability to influence and engage across functions
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
