Your opportunity
Project Manager to lead Packaging Equipment Product transfer projects and/or NPI in equipment supply chain. You will ensure projects hit time-to-market, achieve early quality, lead-time, and cost targets, and stay within budget. You'll lead cross-functional teams across production, engineering, and product management to deliver on strategic goals.
Your Mission
- Lead NPI and/or Product
transfer projects, ensuring governance and communication.
- Ensure technical readiness and
proper knowledge transfer.
- Oversee technical master data
management.
- Apply "early
management" for built-in quality.
- Facilitate smooth handovers to
production teams.
Your Profile
Key Measures:
- Time-to-market, quality, and
cost adherence.
- Successful vertical start-up
and process compliance.
- Adherence to project budget.
- High-quality technical master
data.
- WCM EM & APM maturity.
Required:
- B Tech/BE with 6-10 Years
Experience in Equipment Manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge on SAP for
Equipment supply chain at least for 2-3 years.
