Sidel is embarking on a major digital transformation journey, with SAP S/4HANA at its core. As a member of the PMO team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of this transformative programme. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, helping to ensure robust governance, effective coordination, and transparent communication across global workstreams.
-Support
project governance, structure, and communication across assigned SAP
S/4HANA workstreams, aligned to overall programme governance.
-Coordinate
timelines, milestones, and deliverables for specific workstreams, ensuring
alignment with business goals and programme objectives.
-Facilitate
collaboration between IT teams, business units, external SAP consultants,
and third-party vendors.
-Maintain
and update programme documentation (RAID logs, dashboards, meeting
minutes, action trackers) for assigned areas.
-Monitor
project schedules, proactively flagging deviations or delays and
supporting corrective actions.
-Assist
in change control, cutover planning, and readiness assessments for
assigned workstreams.
-Prepare
and support steering committee meetings, ensuring clear communication and
reporting to stakeholders.
-Contribute
to resource planning and capacity tracking for assigned teams.
-Track
activity plans, deliverables, and milestones for assigned IT workstreams,
ensuring alignment with overall Aurora programme deliverables.
-Support
identification and management of critical skill requirements (e.g., SAP
module specialists, data architects, integration experts) within assigned
areas.
-Bachelor’s
degree in information systems or related discipline.
-Project
management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile-at-scale, or SAP
Activate) preferred.
-Minimum
3 years’ experience in PMO/project management roles within SAP
implementation programmes.
-Experience
supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects; “green field”
or ERP consolidation scenarios a plus.
-Experience
in the packaging or manufacturing industry highly desirable, especially
with supply chain, logistics, or production modules.
-Strong
stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with both
senior leaders and operational teams.
-Analytical
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate
risks.
-Ability
to deliver under pressure in complex transformation environments.
-Willingness
to travel as required (Sidel teams are located in Italy, France, and
India).
