Sidel is seeking a Testing Automation Developer to join our RPA Center of Excellence. Reporting to the IT BUSINESS PARTNER & DIGITAL INNOVATION, you will be part of a high-performing team with deep consulting and industry experience, focused on delivering end-to-end test automation for business-critical processes. The role involves working across multiple business functions to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions using UiPath, with a strong emphasis on SAP environments, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise quality standards.

Your Mission

• Design, estimate, and deploy test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Develop and execute automated test cases for SAP modules ensuring robust coverage and integration.
• Support test automation in other enterprise systems beyond SAP, based on business needs.
• Collaborate with analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical test specifications.
• Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems and test coverage.
• Build reusable components and libraries for test automation.
• Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through automated execution.
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides for developed test solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of test scripts and automation workflows.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
• Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing and quality assurance.
• Assist with operational transition, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Track project deliverables and communicate progress to business stakeholders and global units.
• Capture business functional requirements in an agile software development environment.
• Decompose and document Epics into Features and User Stories down to detailed functional and non-functional test requirements.

Your Profile

• Minimum five years of recent experience in test automation or a similar technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical expertise in UiPath Test Suite, including Studio Pro, Test Manager, and Orchestrator.
• Proven experience in designing and executing automated test cases for SAP environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is preferred.
• Other relevant certifications in test automation tools or methodologies are a plus.
• Experience in Agile software development and testing practices.
• Ability to formalize complex business requirements into clear and actionable test specifications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
