Join a strategic, business-critical project at the heart of our commercial operations. Our CPQ platform is already live and evolving, and we are looking for a IT Project Manager(W/M/D) to help shape its next phases, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and support the continuous improvement of a complex, international ecosystem.
Your Mission
Based preferably in Parma, you will work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners, acting as a key player in the governance and evolution of our CPQ solutions.You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and continuous enhancement of our CPQ solution. Acting as a strategic liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will also play a key role in analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Be the go-to person for our CPQ ecosystem (Configuration,
Pricing, Quotation)
- Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and solution providers
- Turn business needs into clear, actionable functional solutions
- Coordinate multiple contributors and interfaces across countries
and teams
- Drive project follow-up: planning, milestones, testing, and go-live
activities
- Organize and lead workshops, project meetings, and governance
committees
- Challenge operational needs to ensure scalable and efficient
solutions
- Work closely with vendors and partners, challenging proposals and
delivery timelines
- Contribute to the CPQ roadmap with IT, including future
enhancements and AI opportunities
- Support day-to-day governance of a platform already used in
production
- Grow over time into budget follow-up and purchasing
responsibilities
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CPQ systems analysis.
- Strong functional expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes,
including configuration, product modelling, pricing, and quoting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
across all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of CPQ technologies and platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to
documentation and process design.
- Adaptable and proactive personality with a focus on continuous
improvement.
- Experience working on complex, multi-tool, international projects
- The ability to understand development constraints and keep projects on track
- Strong communication skills in English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Sciences, or a related field.
