Your Mission

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in our S/4HANA transformation journey. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between the Finance business functions and IT delivery teams directly reporting to DT&T Finance Business Partner, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to understand process needs, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize initiatives.
• Contribute to the S/4HANA Finance implementation journey
• Manage or coordinate projects within the Finance domain (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Treasury, Banking, Tax, Asset Accounting).
• Act as a Finance Solution Architect, orchestrating end-to-end Finance processes across SAP S/4HANA and the broader application landscape (e.g., tax solutions, treasury systems, reporting tools).
• Define and maintain the Finance solution architecture roadmap, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with group standards
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and deliver effective solutions
• Support Finance process standardization and harmonization across the Group by adopting the best tool
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation in Finance systems and processes.

Your Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in SAP FI, preferably on S/4HANA.
• Solid knowledge of SAP FI module, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank Accounting and Treasury
• Asset Accounting
• Tax Management
• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementation projects (greenfield or brownfield), ideally with involvement in project management.
• Experience in treasury processes and payment flows.
• Strong understanding of Italian tax and fiscal requirements (E-invoicing, Intrastat, VAT reporting) is a plus.
• Open and curious mindset toward new technologies and digital innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
