Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for a FSE Planner , who will be in charge of scheduling the intervention for our Field Service Engineers. High skills on people, time and conflict management are required. Spanish, French or Italian are a plus. Able to give feedback and create development plans.

Your Mission

  • Follow up on their interventions,
  • Ensure an occupation rate according to KPI,  manage vacations, time off and layover.
  • Responsible for FSE occupation at the assigned territory
  • Ensure technicians start the mission with all needed materials and documents for the work assigned
  • Ensure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources for new equipment and service
  • Ensure the planning of Project Support/Global resources for complex deals and critical operations
  • When necessary align or reroute appropriate technicians to accommodate customer emergencies
  • Identify missing skill global to sustain operations according to the business plan
  • Responsible for workload forecast for new equipment and service in conjunction with Sales and Service
  • Ensure feedback to his Manager for process & quality improvement opportunities,  risks on availability, critical cases
  • Consolidate and provide the resources/skill needs to FSE managers, give feedback about FSEs performance and competence development
  • If applicable, ensure the central 3PE planning, highlight gaps, drive corrective plans
  • Own and drive the update of the on planning Sidel tools, such as FSM

Your Profile

  • Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven administrative skills, including documentation management, scheduling, and coordination of field activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience guiding teams, influencing stakeholders, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure in fast‑moving environments, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Skilled in conflict management, with the ability to navigate challenging situations, resolve issues constructively, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Experience preparing accurate reports, analyzing operational data, and presenting insights to support decision‑making.
  • Strong drive for results, consistently meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and pushing initiatives forward.
  • Confident decision‑making skills, using sound judgment to evaluate options, anticipate risks, and choose effective solutions.
