If selected for Future Talent Program, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 13-month development program where, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. After the 13-month
rotation, which will include a few months in the UK and Parma, you will join
the North Europe Services team based in Octeville-sur-Mer. This team is
responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships linked to
the Sidel Services offering, with the objective of addressing customer needs
and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your role as a Services
Account Manager will involve :
Developing sales, promoting of Sidel Solutions in the assigned
perimeter;
Proposing
new service solutions;
Regularly
visiting customers;
Ensuring timely resolution of issues, by establishing good
cooperation and coordination with Project Management, Portfolio Management,
Service teams and agents working in the area (when applicable);
Managing
customer relationship and caring about customers’ satisfaction, working in
close cooperation with support functions such as Trade Finance, Sales
Administration, Marketing, Legal.
Master’s degree or equivalence.
A maximum of two years of post-graduation experience.
Fluent level in English : at least B2.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Availability to travel more than 50% of the time.
