By the end of the program, you will have the skills, insights, and confidence to shape your career as an Account Manager in Sidel, with a focus on developing our commercial presence in Central Europe.
Your Mission
Program Journey
- Understand the context: During the initial months, you will discover Sidel’s business, culture, and values, with rotations in Italy (Parma) and France (Le Havre and Strasbourg).
- Learn the fundamentals: You will gain hands-on knowledge of back-office activities such as offer preparation, project follow-up, and the use of commercial tools.
- Take the lead: Progressively, you will move into field activities, supporting customers directly, learning how to identify needs, propose solutions, and prepare negotiations.
- Your destination: After the program, you will join the Central Europe Commercial Team based in Wroclaw, Poland, responsible for driving commercial growth across Poland and neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine and the Baltic States).
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Build and
develop strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
- Support and
prepare offers, using advanced commercial tools and collaborating with
technical teams.
- Acquire
knowledge of Sidel products, solutions, and projects through training and
on-the-job experience.
- Participate
in field visits to understand customer environments and technical
requirements.
- Progressively
take full ownership of sales activities, from first contact to contract
negotiation.
Your Profile
- Master’s
degree in Engineering, or
related fields (recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience).
- Fluent in
English and at least one central European language (Polish or Czech), knowledge of other Central
European languages is a plus).
- Strong
analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented
mindset with proactivity and ownership.
- Hands-on
approach to problem solving and teamwork.
- Availability
to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Previous
experience or academic exposure to industrial/technical environments is an
advantage.
