Your Mission

After the 12 months rotation, which will include few months in Parma, Octeville, St. Laurent and Reichstett, you will be part of the DACH Sales Beverages team. The job will be home office based. This team covers Equipment sales for the DACH beverage market.

 

Your mission:

·       Growing Sidel’s equipment business in Germany and Swiss;

·       Managing customer relationship and caring about customers’ satisfaction;

·       Driving the Sales objectives delivery;

·       Business prospection in the assigned perimeter;

·       Promoting of Sidel Solutions in the assigned perimeter;

·       Establishing and coordinating the agents working in the area (when applicable);

·       Establishing good cooperation and coordination with Project Management, Portfolio Management and Service teams;

·       Working in close cooperation with support functions such as Trade Finance, Sales Administration, Marketing, Legal;

·       Complying with Sidel and Tetra Laval Policies;

·       Leading Key Performance Indicators: Order Intake, Industrial Margin.


Your Profile

·       Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent

·       Fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)

·       Previous experience in capital equipment sales, particularly in the packaging and/or Beverage industry

·       Ability to communicate in a clear and convincing way. Ability to present in front of an audience.

·       Ability to influence

·       Negotiation skills

·       Availability to travel > 50% of the time
