Your Mission

After the 12 months rotation, which will include few months in United States & México, you will be part of the Quality, Continuous Improvement and transformation team, the position will be based in France. This team is leading the transversal improvement and transformation agenda across the Spare Parts organization. Ensuring operational excellence through Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives, while enabling innovation through the integration of Digital, IoT, and Analytics. Guarantee technical rigor in support and codification processes.

Your role will ensure data-driven visibility of the Spare Parts supply chain performance, identifying improvement areas, supporting service level achievement, and enabling operational excellence through KPIs, reporting tools, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, delivery times, service levels, logistics efficiency, and warehousing operations.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards in PowerBI to monitor the end-to-end Spare Parts Supply Chain.
Analyse trends and variances in supply chain data to identify root causes of inefficiencies, delays, or cost overruns.
Collaborate with Global Supply Chain & Logistics teams to establish standard reporting frameworks and ensure data consistency.
Support the definition and tracking of service level agreements (SLAs) for internal and external logistics partners.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations on warehouse optimization, stock strategies, and emergency services.
Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance data quality and automation of performance reporting tools.
Benchmark internal supply chain metrics against industry standards and best practices.
Support transformation and quality projects with relevant analytics and simulations (e.g. impact of process changes on performance).
Provide regular executive summaries to leadership with actionable insights and improvement proposals.


Your Profile

Fluent English, other languages are an advantage.
Master’s Degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields. Less than 2 years from your master’s degree.
