If selected for Future Talent Program, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 12-month development program were, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. Throughout this journey, you will develop your knowledge and skills in a very accelerated and hands-on way. At the completion of the rotation, you will have the foundations and insights you need to further shape and continue an exciting career within our company.
After the 12 months rotation, which will include few months in our Engineering center based in Pune(India), you will be part of the Industrial Engineering team based in Santa Maria Da Feira (Portugal).
The Industrial Engineering Team in charge of the industrialization of new products while supporting the local production center on different topics such as (but not limited to) product evolution, issue resolutions, economics or safety. Sidel being a global company, it is important to notice that Santa Maria da Feira's team is closely working with other different Industrial Engineering Teams worldwide. (Italy, India, France, China).
After successful program completion, your role should be Industrial Engeneering Leader.
During the First 12 months, your activities will include:
English
Master degree in fields such as Electrical (preferred), Automation or Mechatronics
Less than 2 years of professional experience (after finishing your Masters')
SolidWorks, Eplan, SAP and Continuous Improvement tools will be appreciated
