Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Future Talent Program. By joining this program you will be part of a 12 months rotational path and experience in the main areas of the Sidel business. Trough job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business as Product Support, Engineering, Product Supply. This will allow you to develop your technical knowledge and skills, as well as your soft skills, in a very accelerated way. Your manager will plan the content of your program and support you in your development journey. You will enjoy a network of colleagues, having a dedicated mentors for each slot, focused on your growth, personal experience, and transitions. And that is just the beginning of your career in Sidel. After the program finishes you will have gained the experiences .

Your Mission

• System pre-series and prototype testing , validation, installation , collecting relevant data about performance and non conformity;
• Failure root cause analysis and countermeasure definition;
• Industrialization of the critical modules analyzing manufacturing routing, target cost definition , lead time reduction initiative;
• Participate in mechanical engineering projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and optimization of components and systems belongs to the beverage equipment;
• Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure that projects meet quality and performance standards.
  Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will focus on your personal and professional growth.

Your Profile

• Master Degree or equivalent;
• English fluency;
• CAD Skills;
• Design to cost skills;
• Structural analysis / Fluid dynamic/Statistical analysis skills;
• Knowledge of 6 Sigma methodology.
