· Process Design & Implementation: Oversee, document, and streamline R2R financial processes across the ACTS function.
· Global Alignment: Ensure that finance processes are consistent across all regions while addressing local operational and regulatory needs.
· Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all R2R processes comply with local statutory rules and international regulations.
· Drive Automation: Lead initiatives to automate routine R2R tasks (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, tax filings) to enhance accuracy and speed.
· Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and optimize resource utilization.
· Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure reporting accuracy, risk management, and compliance.
· Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on R2R performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
· Technology Enablement: Stay updated on emerging finance technologies and propose solutions to drive automation and efficiency.
· Foster Best Practices: Establish, promote, and monitor best practices in R2R processes across the organization.
· Feedback-Driven Improvement: Build channels for ongoing feedback to refine processes and tools continuously.
· Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training on new systems and tools while facilitating knowledge sharing across teams to ensure consistency.
