Regional Product Support ECA (Europe & Central Asia) Manager: The role leads and develops the Product Support Engineers for Filler and Labeller technologies, ensuring technical competence, effective teamwork, and high quality support. The role maintains technical guidelines, supports training and continuous improvement, handles major escalations, ensures customer satisfaction, and reports on technical performance while contributing to regional capability development.

Your Mission

The Regional Product Support ECA Manager leads the Product Support team dedicated to Filler and Labeller technologies within the Europe & Central Asia region. The role ensures high‑level technical expertise, strong coordination across Service and Engineering functions, and timely support to customers and Field Service Engineers.
This position is responsible for developing team competencies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient issue resolution across mechanical and automation platforms. Through close collaboration with Quality, Installation, Service, Field Service Managers, I&C, Q&TS and Customer Management, the manager guarantees alignment on technical priorities and supports the delivery of consistent, high‑quality after‑sales / installation and commissioning service.
The role also defines and maintains technical guidelines, best practices, and documentation to strengthen regional capabilities. It oversees root‑cause analyses and corrective actions, manages escalations, and ensures customer satisfaction through strong technical leadership. Additionally, the manager contributes to workforce planning, training strategies, and reporting on performance trends, supporting overall ECA operational excellence.

Your Profile

Education:

 Degree in Engineering and/or Technical professional qualification

Required experience and skills:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent
  • English spoken and written is mandatory, a good level of French is an advantage for best integration.
  • At least 5 years of technical assistance, field experience or engineering in beverage equipments
  • Electrical/Mechanical fundamentals in beverage machines such as fillers and labellers.
  • Application of RCA methodology for issue resolution
  • Good Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.)
  • People management
  • Emergency management
