Your opportunity

Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites, specialized on Automation Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel`s equipment installed at customer sites. Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications, 
Operate on Automation systems, HMI and Electrical plant for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures 
Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities 
Submit regularly working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities 
Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction 
Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules
Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site
Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behaviour, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables
Report to the ISM for team site activities

Your Profile

Education: Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Field Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Field Service (on-site installation, assembly, and mechanical troubleshooting).
Machinery Expertise: Deep knowledge of Filling Machines, Blow Molders, or high-speed packaging lines. Experience with the Sidel portfolio is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings and assembly layouts.
Expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, and precision mechanical components (bearings, gearboxes, drive systems).
Strong skills in machine leveling, timing, and alignment.
Hygiene & Safety: Familiarity with Hygienic Design principles and microbiological safety standards for the beverage industry.

Availability & Requirements
High Mobility: Full availability to travel internationally up to 90% of the time.
Languages: Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish for global reporting and client communication.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in industrial environments and handle the physical demands of machine assembly.
