The Learning & Development Team is looking for a Training Innovation & Quality Manager to join the global L&D organization. The role involves leading training innovation and quality initiatives, driving digital transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement of training programs to enhance learner experience and business impact across regions.

Your Mission

Manage a dynamic team to drive continuous innovation and excellence in training methodologies, lead the training digital transformation, and ensure quality and standardization across all training activities. Monitor and follow up on training customer satisfaction surveys and regional inputs to drive continuous improvement and maximize business impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative training methods and tools to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead the digital transformation program within the training function, leveraging technology to optimize learning delivery, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure training programs meet industry standards and organizational requirements.
    Drive standardization of training processes and materials to ensure consistency across regions, programs, and delivery formats.
  • Monitor, analyze, and act on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to continuously improve the learner experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in product innovation.
  • Experience in training and/or competence development.
  • Knowledge of the Sidel portfolio is a plus, including a technical background.
  • Familiarity with training tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development.
